Event Description
About the hike: This 4.75 mile loop hike will follow the western trails of the park (orange and blue). Highlights include a marsh boardwalk, impressive cliffs, interesting stone walls, a lovely stream and some Civilian Conservation Corps history. This is a moderate hike with a few short moderate/difficult rock scrambles and a brief section of trail that goes within 4 to 5 feet of a steep cliff. The hike has approx. 700’ of ascent. About one mile is on paved park road and boardwalk.
