Event Description

Pollinators are the unsung heroes of our gardens, fields, and farms, pollinating crops and wild plants, providing us with one-third of the food we eat and allowing wild plants to produce foods that form the base of our environment’s food webs. Join Master Naturalist Lynn Kochiss for an easy-paced 1-2-mile walk exploring the forest in search of these special unsung heroes.

The trails are relatively flat with some inclines. Dress for the weather and possible wet trails.

This free event is sponsored by CFPA in collaboration with the East Hampton Senior Center.Flier detailing event information in black text on a picture of colorful flowers

The ramble is a follow-up to POLLINATORS-Unsung Heroes- Part 1- An Introduction May 13 in East Hampton. We invite you to attend either or both Pollinator events.

PLEASE SIGN UP SEPARATELY FOR EACH EVENT. REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED.

Registration is limited, so sign up early. Extreme weather cancels.
