Trail Overview
The Whitestone Cliffs Trail forms a short loop in Mattatuck State Forest. Explore streams, wetlands, and rocky knolls and be rewarded with outstanding views of the Naugatuck Valley. This short trail is incredibly diverse. Whitestone Cliffs Trail gets its name from the brilliant white rocky outcrop visible from Route 8.
