Property Description
The Moss-Fenton Trail Conservation Easement permanently protects the Nipmuck Trail across UConn’s Moss and Fenton Forests. This section of the trail traverses rugged terrain at times and beautiful scenic views along the Fenton River. Its protection was part of a larger project between CFPA, The Town of Mansfield, UConn, the State of Connecticut, and the Norcross Wildlife Foundation to protect over 550 acres of land and this 3.5 miles of trail in the region.
Parking Information: Parking on Gurleyville Road.
