Thank you for your interest in the Connecticut Coverts Project. The Connecticut Coverts Project is seeking woodland owners who want to learn about, practice, and help others understand forest and wildlife stewardship.
This application is an important step in helping us locate enthusiastic individuals to become Coverts Project Cooperators. If you own or help manage some forestland, and are interested in becoming a Cooperator, please complete this form as soon as possible.
There is a $200 fee for this program and will cover three nights of accommodations at Great Mountain Forest, meals, and Coverts Project reference materials. There is a discounted rate of $75 for Master Woodland Manager participants. The 2022 Coverts Project Seminar is held from 9:00am Friday, September 16 to 3:00 pm on Sunday, September 18. Details are subject to change based on public health restrictions.
Space is limited so apply today! Applications will be accepted until August 25th. Applicants will be notified of acceptance by September 1 and payment should be submitted at that point.
